About Louisville Affordable Housing

About Us
Everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home. At the Louisville Metro Affordable Housing Trust Fund (LAHTF), we’re dedicated to making that a reality for our KY community.
LAHTF was established by the Metro Council to tackle Louisville's affordable housing challenges head-on. By investing local public funds, LAHTF works to create stable housing solutions for those who need them most—working families, seniors, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and others whose incomes fall short of securing a safe, stable home. Because when everyone has a place to call home, it’s not just individuals who thrive—our entire community grows stronger together.
